Blue Angels

This is a bit off subject, but not entirely since there is some music involved.  Most years they say if you want guaranteed warm weather and sunshine in Seattle, you can always count on the last two weeks of July.  This year was not a disappointment, in fact July 29th was the hottest day ever in Seattle with the mercury topping 100 degrees in most areas.  Friday cooled off to the upper 80′s, so comparatively, it felt significantly cooler than Wednesday.  Nevertheless, Friday was an awesome day to cruise Lake Washington on the fine lady “Royal Argosy” and be awed by the incredible Blue Angels representing the finest of the United States naval aviation.

Here are a couple of Quick Time slideshows for you to enjoy: Part 1 and Part 2. Oh yeah, I also published a folder of photos here too.
