Musician's Cooler

One of my favorite musician’s resource type sites to visit is, www.Musicianscooler.com.  It is run by Jammin Dave Jackson and he is always posting tons of helpful tips for musicians.  You should be sure to check it out.

For example, today I came across a tip the Dave posted that has nothing to do with music, but is helpful nonetheless.  How to get a discount on your rental car.  If you are like me, most of the available discounts don’t apply:  AARP? Nope.  AAA?  Nope.  Military?  Not any more., etc.  But, Dave advises that if you go to Budget car rental’s web site and use the link, www.budget.com/musician, you can get a 10% discount.  It’s not huge, but every little bit helps, right?  So, if you are getting ready to rent a car and you want to try this out, comment back and let us know if it actually worked for you.

And I love Dave’s tag line:

“For those who have money there is therapy.  For the rest of us there is music!”
