Musing Mana 9 – Lascia il lido, e il

Hey, so my last song I labored over and fussed with for way too long.  This time, just to keep my pipes flowing, I hammered this one out in about an hour.  I have to admit it kinda made it a little easier since I didn’t write it.  I can’t even read or speak Italian anyway.  But thankfully around 150 years ago this Italian dude did.  So now you have me getting about as close to opera as I’ll ever get….bel canto…in the song by Nicola Vaccai, Lasca il lido, e il.  See you next time.
