New CD – The Musing Mana Song Project

I reached a new milestone recently.  I have produced my first ever CD!  All of my work on the Musing Mana Song Project has been compiled onto CD format and is now available to order directly from my web site.    Instant Downloads!  Take It!   Share It!    Remix It!

As I have talked about in my blog postings from time to time on my web site, my music and work I put into it is especially dedicated to the most vulnerable and often the least remembered in our world:  Those living with disabilities, especially autism, and to our seniors in nursing homes.  And certainly just as importantly, the caregivers who love and support all of these special people.

As I mentioned, these songs are from my very first songwriting and recording project, “The Musing Mana Songwriting Project” that was published on the Internet on this web site, between March 2008 and September 2009. In this project I produced a new song as often as possible and released it for free as a Podcast.  These songs are available here in their raw form, exactly as they were podcasted including some with my “Hey, this is Chris from Chris Hartzog.com……” introduction.

It’s got fourteen songs, you can either purchase the whole CD, buy one song at a time or buy the whole group as a zip file. There’s no DRM and it’s Creative Commons licensed. CD purchases get a real CD signed personally by me mailed directly to you.

Even though it would be really nice, cool and thoughtful of you to actually buy from me, I am equally thrilled if you take the free download and take it upon yourselves to share my music with your friends. You can remix it, use it in your videos, play it on your podcasts, heck, go ahead and include it in software and games and it give it a life of its own.
